Text

1. The guardian may sell the personal property of a protected minor at:

(a)The residence of the protected minor; or
(b)Any other location designated by the guardian. 2. The guardian may sell the personal property only if the property is made available for inspection at the time of the sale or photographs of the personal property are posted on an appropriate auction website on the Internet. 3. Personal property may be sold for cash or upon credit. 4. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 159A.1515 , a sale or disposition of any personal property of the protected minor must not be commenced until 30 days after an inventory of the property is filed with the court and a copy thereof is sent by regular mail to the persons specified in NRS 159A.034 .
