Text

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 159A.1515 and 159A.152, a guardian may sell the personal property of the protected minor only after notice of the intent to sell is provided to the protected minor and all interested parties, by personal delivery or by certified mail, not less than 30 days before the sale.
