Text

If the guardian neglects or refuses to sell any real property of the estate when it is necessary or in the best interests of the protected minor, an interested person may petition the court for an order requiring the guardian to sell the property. The court shall set the petition for a hearing, and the petitioner shall serve notice on the guardian at least 10 days before the hearing.
