Upon the filing of a petition in the guardianship proceeding by the guardian, the protected person or any other interested person, alleging that any person is indebted to the protected person, has or is suspected of having concealed, embezzled, converted or disposed of any property of the protected person or has possession or knowledge of any such property or of any writing relating to such property, the court may require the person to appear and answer under oath concerning the matter.
