Text
Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a guardian, the court may require a proposed guardian to file a proposed preliminary care plan and budget. The format of such a proposed preliminary care plan and budget and the timing of the filing thereof must be specified by a rule approved by the Supreme Court.
