Consent to a proposed action pursuant to the Independent Administration of Estates Act as set forth in NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive, may be in the following form: CONSENT TO PROPOSED ACTION I CONSENT to the action proposed in item 3 of the Notice of Proposed Action. NOTICE: You may indicate your consent by signing and returning this form – all pages – to the address set forth in paragraph (a) of item 4 of the Notice of Proposed Action. If you do not object in writing or obtain a court order, you will be treated as if you consent to the proposed action.
