An objection to a proposed action pursuant to the Independent Administration of Estates Act as set forth in NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive, may be in the following form: OBJECTION TO PROPOSED ACTION I OBJECT to the action proposed in item 3 of the Notice of Proposed Action. NOTICE: Sign and return this form – all pages – to the address set forth in paragraph (a) of item 4 of the Notice of Proposed Action. This form must be received before the date set forth in item 3 of the Notice of Proposed Action, or before the proposed action is taken, whichever is later. (You may want to use certified mail, with return receipt requested. Make a copy of this form for your records.)
