1. The personal representative who has limited authority or full authority has the following powers:

(a)The power to grant an exclusive right to sell property for a period not to exceed 90 days.
(b)The power to grant to the same broker one or more extensions of an exclusive right to sell property, each extension being for a period not to exceed 90 days. 2. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, the personal representative may exercise the powers described in subsection 1 without giving notice of the proposed action pursuant to NRS 143.700 to 143.760 , inclusive. 3. The personal representative shall give notice of a proposed action pursuant to NRS 143.700 to 143.760 , inclusive, where the personal representative grants to the same broker an extension of an exclusive right to sell p
