Text

1. If the authority to administer the estate pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815 , inclusive, is requested in a petition for appointment of the personal representative, notice of the hearing on the petition must be given for the period and in the manner applicable to the petition for appointment. 2. Where proceedings for the administration of the estate are pending at the time a petition is filed pursuant to NRS 143.340 , notice of the hearing on the petition must be given for the period and in the manner provided in NRS 155.010 to all the following persons:

(a)Each person specified in NRS 155.010 ;
(b)Each known heir whose interest in the estate would be affected by the petition;
(c)Each known devisee whose interest in the estate would be affected by the petition;
(d)Each person named
