Text

Any person against whom any order, judgment or decree is made or who is affected thereby may appeal to the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section 4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution from any order, judgment or decree of the district court made under the provisions of this chapter, in the same manner as in other civil proceedings.
