Text

1. The trustee designated by the court to receive assets pursuant to NRS 125B.210 shall return any assets to the obligor-parent when:

(a)The obligor-parent has given the trustee notice to return assets;
(b)All payments in arrears have been paid in full; and
(c)The obligor-parent has made, in a timely manner, all payments of support ordered for the 12 months immediately preceding the date notice was given to the trustee. 2. If the deposited assets include real property, upon the satisfaction of the requirements of subsection 1, the trustee shall prepare a release and record it in the office of the county recorder. 3.
