1. In determining which assets of the obligor-parent are to be subject to an order issued pursuant to NRS 125B.210 , the court shall give priority to cash, then to other assets which have maximum liquidity and are readily convertible into cash. In all instances, the deposited assets must:

(a)Not be exempt by law from execution; and

(b)Whenever possible, be equal in value to not less than the amount of current arrearages of the obligor-parent and the amount of the annual amount of support ordered. 2. In lieu of depositing money or other assets as provided in subsection 1, the obligor-parent may, upon approval of the court, provide a performance bond secured by any real property or other assets of the obligor-parent and equal in value to the annual amount of support ordered and the amount
