Text

1.Any county clerk who has issued or renewed a certificate of permission to perform marriages to a minister, other church or religious official authorized to solemnize a marriage, notary public or marriage officiant pursuant to NRS 122.062 to 122.073 , inclusive, may revoke the certificate for good cause shown after a hearing.
2.If the certificate of permission to perform marriages of any minister, other church or religious official authorized to solemnize a marriage, notary public or marriage officiant is revoked or if the county clerk has received an affidavit of removal of authority to solemnize marriages pursuant to NRS 122.0665 , the county clerk shall inform the Secretary of State of that fact, and the Secretary of State shall immediately remove the name of the minister, other chur
