Text
The Administrator or any officer, agent or employee of the Office of the State Treasurer shall not use or disclose any information received by the Administrator in the course of carrying out the provisions of this chapter which is confidential or which is provided to the Administrator on the basis that the information is to remain confidential, unless the use or disclosure of the information is necessary to locate the owner of unclaimed or abandoned property.
