§ 12.040 — Deserted spouse as a party

Nevada·Title 2 CIVIL PRACTICE·Ch. 12 Parties
When a spouse has deserted his or her family, the other spouse may prosecute or defend in his or her name any action which he or she might have prosecuted or defended, and shall have the same powers and rights therein as he or she might have.
