Text

A developer shall disclose the following information to a prospective member before the prospective member signs a contract of membership or gives any money or thing of value for the purchase of a membership. The disclosures must be delivered with the contract at the time the contract is signed. The information must be brought up to date annually or whenever there is a material change and must be presented in a format approved by the Administrator which clearly communicates all of the following:

1.The name and address of the developer and any affiliate of the developer.
2.A brief description of the developer’s experience in operating a campground, including the number of years the developer has been in that business.
3.A brief description of the nature and duration of the member’s right
