Text

1. The landlord may adopt rules or regulations concerning the tenant’s use and occupancy of the manufactured home lot and the grounds, areas and facilities of the manufactured home park held out for the use of tenants generally. 2. All such rules or regulations must be:

(a)Reasonably related to the purpose for which they are adopted;
(b)Sufficiently explicit in their prohibition, direction or limitation to inform the tenant of what the tenant must do or not do for compliance;
(c)Adopted in good faith and not for the purpose of evading any obligation of the landlord arising under the law;
(d)Consistent with the provisions of this chapter and a general plan of operation, construction or improvement, and must not arbitrarily restrict conduct or require any capital improvement by the tenan
