Text

Instead of the manner of disclosure provided in NRS 118A.260, the landlord may:

1.In each dwelling structure containing an elevator, place a printed or typewritten notice containing the information required by that section in every elevator and in one other conspicuous place; or
2.In each dwelling structure not containing an elevator, place a printed or typewritten notice containing that information in at least two conspicuous places. Ê The notices shall be kept current and reasonable efforts shall be made to maintain them in a visible position and legible condition.
