1.YOU GENERALLY HAVE 5 DAYS TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT? When you enter into a purchase agreement to buy a home or unit in a condominium hotel, in most cases you should receive either a public offering statement, if you are the original purchaser of the home or unit, or a resale package, if you are not the original purchaser.
