Text

“Unit” means a residential unit, a hotel unit or any other type of unit that may be created as a physical portion of the condominium hotel for separate ownership or occupancy, the boundaries of which are described in the declaration. If another type of unit is created, the rights and obligations associated with such a unit are as set forth in the governing documents.
