Text

“Residential unit owner” means a declarant, the hotel unit owner or other person who owns a residential unit, or a lessee of a residential unit in a leasehold condominium hotel whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease the expiration of which will remove the residential unit from the condominium hotel, but does not include a person having an interest in a residential unit solely as security for an obligation. The declarant is the owner of any residential unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person.
