Text

“Major component of the shared components” means any component of the shared components, including, without limitation, the facade of any building, any other portion of the building structure, any amenity, improvement, furnishing, fixture, finish, system or equipment that is designated as part of the shared components and that may, within 30 years after its original installation, require repair, replacement or restoration in excess of routine annual maintenance.
