Text

The expiration or revocation of a registration or certificate by operation of law or by order or decision of any agency or court of competent jurisdiction, or the voluntary surrender of such a registration or certificate by the person who is registered or the holder of the certificate does not:

1.Prohibit the Commission or the Division from initiating or continuing an investigation of, or action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who is registered or the holder of the certificate as authorized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 116 or 116B of NRS or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto; or
2.Prevent the imposition or collection of any fine or penalty authorized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 116 or 116B of NRS or the regulations a
