Text

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 116.745 to 116.795 , inclusive, a person who is aggrieved by an alleged violation of subsection 6 of NRS 116.3102 or subsection 8 of NRS 116.4109 may file with the Division a written complaint that sets forth the facts constituting the alleged violation. The complaint may allege any actual damages suffered by the aggrieved person as a result of the alleged violation. 2. The Division shall:

(a)Review a complaint filed pursuant to subsection 1 in a timely manner.
(b)If circumstances warrant, issue to the person who is alleged to have committed the violation a notice requesting a written response and proof of corrective action, including, without limitation, the reimbursement of any excessive fees to the aggrieved person. 3. Failure to respond to a n
