Text

1. The Division shall employ one or more training officers who are qualified by training and experience to provide to each member of the Commission courses of instruction concerning rules of procedure and substantive law appropriate for members of the Commission. Such courses of instruction may be made available to the staff of the Division as well as to community managers. 2. The training officer shall:

(a)Prepare and make available a manual containing the policies and procedures to be followed by executive boards and community managers; and
(b)Perform any other duties as directed by the Division. 3. Each member of the Commission must attend the courses of instruction described in subsection 1 not later than 6 months after the date that the member is first appointed to the Commission.
