If a financial institution is required or authorized to make payment pursuant to NRS 111.783 to 111.815, inclusive, to a minor designated as a beneficiary, payment may be made pursuant to Nevada’s Uniform Act on Transfers to Minors, as set forth in chapter 167 of NRS, or an equivalent law in another jurisdiction.
