Text
The remedy for enforcing the lien provided in NRS 108.670 to 108.760, inclusive, does not preclude any other remedies allowed by law for the enforcement of a lien against personal property nor bar the right to recover so much of the lienholder’s claim as is not paid by the proceeds of the sale of the property.
