Text

Any person who incurs a bill upon a motor vehicle, aircraft, motorcycle, motor or aircraft equipment, aircraft parts, trailer, recreational vehicle, mobile home or manufactured home, without the authority of the owner thereof, or by misrepresentation, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
