Text
“Landlord” means the owner or lessor of:
1.A mobile home lot;
2.A mobile home park;
3.A recreational vehicle park; or
4.Land which is not located within a mobile home park, but which is rented or held out for rent to accommodate a mobile home or a manufactured home.
