1.As soon as practicable, but not later than 10 days after a notice of lien upon the property pursuant to NRS 108.221 to 108.246 , inclusive, is fully satisfied or discharged, the lien claimant shall cause to be recorded a discharge or release of the notice of lien in substantially the following form: Assessor’s Parcel Numbers DISCHARGE OR RELEASE OF NOTICE OF LIEN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The undersigned did, on the ....... day of the month of ....... of the year ......., record in Book ............, as Document No. ............, in the office of the county recorder of ............. County, Nevada, its Notice of Lien, or has otherwise given notice of his or her intention to hold a lien upon the following described property or improvements, owned or purportedly owned by ..............
