§ 106.330 — “Instrument” defined

Nevada·Title 9 SECURITY INSTRUMENTS OF PUBLIC UTILITIES; MORTGAGES;·Ch. 106 Real· ENCUMBRANCE TO SECURE FUTURE ADVANCES

“Instrument” means a mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument encumbering real property as security for the repayment of a debt.
