§ 104B.12103 — Relation to Article 9 and consumer laws
1. If there is a conflict between this Article and Article 9, Article 9 governs. 2. A transaction subject to this Article is subject to:
(a)Any applicable rule of law that establishes a different rule for consumers;
(b)Any other statute or regulation that regulates the rates, charges, agreements and practices for loans, credit sales or other extensions for credit; and
(c)Any consumer-protection statute or regulation.
