§ 104A.200 — Law applicable to transactions entered into before January 1, 1990
Transactions validly entered into before January 1, 1990, and the rights, duties and interests flowing therefrom remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated or enforced as required or permitted by rules of law in effect before that date.
