Text
The board shall determine the existence of and employ the most efficient and practical means to prevent, suppress, control and eradicate the disease known as mange or scabies or any other disease among livestock and to direct and regulate the handling or treating of any livestock when infected or that it may have good reason to believe has been exposed to any of the diseases; to make and adopt quarantine and sanitary rules that, so far as practicable, conform to the regulations of the United States department of agriculture as they may be from time to time promulgated; and to create and define districts within which such disease exists. In determining the districts within this state in which such disease from time to time exists, the board shall cooperate with the United States department
