Text
agriculture. The board is attached for coordinative purposes to the New Mexico department of agriculture. The board shall execute a memorandum of understanding with the director of the New Mexico department of agriculture, identifying areas for cooperation and coordination of the activities of the board with those of the department of agriculture. Administrative and other services may be provided the board by the department pursuant to the terms of the memorandum of understanding. The board shall submit an annual report on its activities to the director. This section shall not be construed to affect the exercise of any board power or duty.
