Text
The department may cooperate, receive grants-in-aid and enter into cooperative agreements with any agency of the federal government, of this state or its subdivisions, or with any agency of another state, in order to: A. secure uniformity of regulations; B. enter into cooperative agreements with the United States environmental protection agency to register pesticides under the authority of the Pesticide Control Act and the federal Environmental Pesticide Control Act; C. cooperate in the enforcement of the federal Environmental Pesticide Control Act and regulations through the use of state or federal personnel and facilities or both and to implement cooperative enforcement programs including but not limited to the registration of pesticides, collection and analysis of pesticides and devices
