Text

A. The New Mexico department of agriculture shall issue licenses pursuant to rules issued under Subsection C of this section for the analysis of unprocessed Cannabis sativa L. samples for use in determining eligibility for a harvest certificate. B. A person shall not analyze unprocessed Cannabis sativa L. samples for use in determining eligibility for a harvest certificate unless the person is licensed by the New Mexico department of agriculture to engage in that activity. C. The board, on behalf of the New Mexico department of agriculture, shall adopt rules that include:

(1)procedures for the issuance, denial, renewal, suspension or revocation of a license issued by the New Mexico department of agriculture for the analysis of unprocessed Cannabis sativa L. samples, including license term
