livestock bureau.] It shall be the duty of boards of county commissioners in the various counties to cooperate with the county agricultural agents and other extension representatives in the creation, as far as possible in each county, of a farm and livestock bureau whose business it shall be to aid farmers and stockmen in every possible way in solving their production and marketing problems.
