gifts.] The county commissioners may make appropriations for the support of the county farm and livestock bureau and said bureau shall be authorized to accept same and at its discretion may accept gifts or bequests of funds, real estate or other property to any extent for carrying out the provisions of this act [76-2-10 to 76-2-12 NMSA 1978].
