§ 76-2-1 — [Matching federal allotment to state.]
That for the maintenance of the cooperative agricultural extension work provided for in the act of congress entitled: "An act to provide for cooperative agricultural extension work between the agricultural colleges in the several states receiving the benefits of an act of congress approved July second, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, and all acts supplementary thereto, and the United States department of agriculture," approved May 8, 1914, there is hereby permanently appropriated out of any money in the state treasury, except interest upon the public debt, the sum of one dollar [($1.00)] for each dollar allotted annually by the secretary of agriculture as provided in said act of congress to the state of New Mexico above the sum of ten thousand dollars [($10,000)] regularly approp
