A commercial feed is adulterated if: A. it bears or contains any poisonous or deleterious substance that may render it injurious to health; provided, however, that if the poisonous or deleterious substance is not an added substance, the commercial feed shall not be considered adulterated pursuant to this subsection if the quantity of the poisonous or deleterious substance in the commercial feed does not ordinarily render it injurious to health; B. it bears or contains any added poisonous, deleterious or nonnutritive substance that is unsafe as prescribed by the board; C. it is or it bears or contains any food additive that is unsafe as prescribed by board rule; D. it is a raw agricultural commodity and it bears or contains a pesticide chemical that is unsafe as provided in board rule; prov
