Text
division. Subject to the limitations of the Statutory Unitization Act, the oil conservation division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department, hereinafter referred to as the "division", is vested with jurisdiction, power and authority and it shall be its duty to make and enforce such orders and do such things as may be necessary or proper to carry out and effectuate the purposes of the Statutory Unitization Act.
