Text
restraint of trade. No agreement between or among lessees or other owners of oil and gas rights in oil and gas properties entered into pursuant hereto or with a view or for the purpose of bringing about the unitized development or operation of such properties shall be held to violate any of the statutes of this state prohibiting monopolies or acts, arrangements, agreements, contracts, combinations or conspiracies in restraint of trade or commerce.
