New Mexico Statutes
§ 70-4-15 — Conflicting laws repealed, Chapter 82, "1929 New Mexico
Statutes Annotated" excepted. This act [70-4-1 to 70-4-15 NMSA 1978] shall not in any way affect, modify or repeal Chapter 82 of the "1929 New Mexico Statutes Annotated." All other laws in conflict with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed.
