receiver.] The violation by any person of an order of the court relating to the operation of a well or wells, or of a pipeline or other transportation, equipment or facility, or of a refinery, or of a plant of any kind, shall be sufficient ground for the appointment of a receiver with power to conduct operations in accordance with the order of the court.
