§ 67-8-9 — [Advertising signs on or over public highway right-of-way
outside incorporated cities prohibited.] No person shall place, erect or maintain any advertising sign, signboard or device of any character upon or over the right-of-way or right-of-way fences of any public highway within this state outside of the limits of any incorporated city, town or village.
