§ 67-4-4 — County road contracts with state transportation

New Mexico·Ch. 67 Highways·Art. 4 County Highways in General
commission. The board of county commissioners of any county in this state may enter into a contract with the state transportation commission by which all or any part of the work of construction and maintenance of county roads and bridges and the purchasing of equipment, materials and supplies shall be under the direction and control of the state transportation commission and subject to the limitations of Sections 67-4-3 through 67- 4-16 NMSA 1978, and such board of county commissioners shall draw warrants payable out of the county road and bridge fund to pay for the same, upon itemized vouchers or estimates certified by the secretary.
