Text
The board may make and pass resolutions, regulations, ordinances and orders not repugnant to the provisions of the Scenic Highway Zoning Act, necessary or proper for the government and management of the affairs of a scenic highway zone, for the execution of the powers vested in the board and for carrying into effect the provisions of the Scenic Highway Zoning Act.
