Text
The establishment, operation or maintenance of any junkyard contrary to the provisions of the Highway Beautification Act is a public nuisance. In addition to all other remedies and powers granted to the commission by the Highway Beautification Act, the commission may cause the public nuisance to be abated, by application to the district court of the county in which the subject junkyard is located, or otherwise as provided by law.
