Text

As used in the Nonresident Violator Compact: A. "jurisdiction executive" means the governor; and B. "licensing authority" means the director. The director shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of the Nonresident Violator Compact.
